Specializing in the production of knit cashmere, Barrie was founded in 1903 in the Scottish Borders. Originally known for high quality stockings, the historic manufacturer soon branched out into cardigans and pull-overs. Known for its traditional expertise, Barrie has collaborated with many big names in fashion and was acquired by Chanel in 2012. Launching its first signature ready to wear collection in 2014, Barrie has since brought us pieces that combine radical, compelling, futuristic and creative designs.
