Shipping and Returns


Augustina's Designer Boutique offers ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing of your order from the time it was placed. Ground shipping generally takes an additional 5 to 7 days for delivery.

Orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for returned merchandise.

Returns will be granted on a case by case basis. 

To request a return, please email us at with the following information:

  • Name

  • Order #

  • Item being Returned

  • Reason Why

Once received, you will be contacted back with the next steps on how to proceed if applicable.


Please Note:

  • All sales are FINAL on jewelry, special orders, pre-orders, and sale merchandise.

  • Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a refund up to 14 days after the package was delivered. 

    • Items returned after 14 days, but within 30 days of being received, qualify for store credit only. 

    • Store credit is valid 90 days from the day it was issued

  • Returns received 30 days after delivery, are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • All returned or exchanged merchandise must have the tags attached, including security tags. 

  • All returned shoes must be in the original box and unworn.

  • Merchandise must be insured for the full retail price. Please handle and return with care to ensure contents are not damaged during transit.

  • Returns will only be accepted if Return Authorization was issued and clearly written on the outside of the box. All others will be denied.

  • Please allow 10-14 days processing time for your returns.
