Augustina's Designer Boutique offers ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States. We offer free ground shipping on all orders of $300 or more.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing of your order from the time it was placed. Ground shipping generally takes an additional 5-7 days for delivery.
Orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees for returned merchandise.To request a Return Authorization for one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account. Click on Completed Orders section and click on the Return Items button. Select the products you want to return using the Quantity to Return drop down boxes and choose the Return Reason. Click on Submit Return Request.
Please allow 10-14 days processing time for your returns.
Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a refund up to 14 days after the package was delivered. Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days of being received, qualify for store credit only. Store credit is valid 90 days from the day it was issued.
All sales are final on jewelry, special orders, pre orders, and sale merchandise.
All returned or exchanged merchandise must have the tags attached including security tags. All returned shoes must be in original box and be unworn.
Returns received 30 days after delivery of package are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Merchandise must be insured for the full retail price. Please handle and return with care to ensure contents are not damaged during transit.
Returns will only be accepted if Return Authorization was issued and clearly written on the outside of the box. All others will be refused.
